Kelsey is experienced in business copywriting for digital marketing, including SEO website content, corporate blogs, and social media posts.
She has undertaken technical writing work across federal, provincial, and private sectors in the transportation, software, and public security industries.
Her work in communications and public relations includes non-profit and government agencies. These roles covered media relations, crisis communications, and internal and external stakeholder management.
On the creative side, she is the chief writer behind the historical fiction story subscription service, Letters From Home.
She holds a Bachelor of Applied Communications from Grant MacEwan University (2006) in Edmonton, Alberta, and an MA in Professional Communication from Royal Roads University (2009) in Victoria, British Columbia. She currently lives in the metro area of Houston, Texas.
